1. Agreement to Terms These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. 2. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via the App or other reasonable means. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 3. Eligibility You must be at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract (typically 13 or as required locally) to use the App. If you are under that age, do not use the App except with the involvement of a parent or guardian. 4. License & Acceptable Use Subject to these Terms, the App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on a compatible device. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App. Remove or modify any proprietary notices. Use the App to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or violates privacy. Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App. 5. User Content If the App permits uploading or creating content (e.g., images, logos, text), you retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content within the App and for the App’s operation and promotion. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to any content you submit and that your content does not violate these Terms or applicable law. 6. Third-Party Services The App may integrate third-party services (payment processors, analytics, cloud storage, social networks). Your use of those services is subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party actions or policies. 7. Intellectual Property All rights, title and interest in and to the App, including its code, user interface, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are and will remain our property or the property of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the App. 8. Subscriptions & Payments If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, payments are processed through the App Store or other payment processors. All sales are final unless the App expressly provides refunds. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies will be disclosed at purchase. You are responsible for taxes and fees. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. 10. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. 11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms. 12. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will cease and any licenses granted to you will end. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms, unless otherwise required by local law. 14. Export Controls You shall comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in or a resident of any country subject to U.S. or other applicable trade embargoes. 15. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 16. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the App and supersede all prior oral or written understandings. 17.
